Featuring new stuff from: London Grammar, alt-J, Arcade Fire, The National, LCD Soundsystem, and Goldfrapp. And slightly more vintage stylings from: Sufjan Stevens, Air, Nils Frahm, The Cranberries, Grizzly Bear, and (of course) some remastered OKNOTOK (and Kid A) treats.
I'm taking it down a notch for this month's Mix Tape.
If you know me, you know that the slow, melancholy, and depressing tracks on albums are always my favourites. But this mix is not intended to bum you out! Hopefully it will make for contemplative, relaxing morning listening.
As promised, this tape is heavily London Grammar weighted... but there are a few other nice surprises mixed in (I especially love the new alt-j track). This is to be enjoyed with a latte and the last vestiges of summer! (Listen on here or click here to go to Spotify.)
